LORD OF THE RINGS EXCLUSIVE STUDIO FILM FRAME COLLECTION FOR ALL THREE MOVIES

On December 16, 2003, the day before the U.S. national release of the last film in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, New Line Cinema held a special celebration, in only a handful of theaters across the county, showing the extended director's (DVD) cuts of The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers, along with a sneak preview of the third film, The Return of the King.  It was, needless to say, an all-day affair, and, as a bonus, all attendees were given an exclusive keepsake, with single frames from each of the films.  Every keepsake had different frames.  The item I am placing for auction has the three frames you can see in the uploaded photos.  The box, display and the frames themselves are all in excellent condition.  Needless to say, there are only a very limited number of these keepsakes, described by the makers as a "unique piece of film history."  You may not get a chance any time soon to obtain one, and certainly never with the particular frames included.  I have started the bidding at a very reasonable opening number and there is no reserve.  Buyer to pay shipping.
