Fondant daisies ~ 12-pc set ~ bring a splash of sunshine to any cake!

Description

Brighten up any cake with these simple, springtime blossoms.  Make a birthday extra special, spice up an anniversary party or add a splash of youth to an engagement or wedding cake.  All you need to do is set the flowers on the cake (or cupcakes!) and start accepting compliments.
This is a set of 12 pieces:  you choose your petal color and pick from gold, silver, black, yellow, pearl, pink, blue, light or dark green, orange, brown, purple or red sugar beads for the centers ~ do all the same or mix and match
These flowers are approximately 1.75" across and are double-layered for extra fullness.  The flat bottoms sit nicely on cake tops or they can be lifted and tilted slightly by placing a dab of icing underneath the flower.  The flat bottoms also make them useful for cupcake or cookie trims.
The daisies are completely edible.

In nature, daisy leaves are similar to stringy dandelion leaves - not too attractive on a cake!  We often fill out a daisy arrangement with ribbon loops and bypass the "weed look".  However, if you would like to add some greenery, we suggest piping leaves or using artificial leaves to complete the look.
All of our flowers are handmade in our bakery workshop - never imported or purchased from a third party.  Our flowers and trims are used by bakeries throughout southeast Michigan, so you can be sure your cake will be outstanding and look professionally polished.  We don't even mind if you claim the work as your own!
If you need more height or an anchor, wires can be added to the flowers by using royal icing glue.  However, we have found the pieces settle in quite nicely without the wires.
These pieces will keep indefinitely in a cool, dark area.  Excessive exposure to light will fade the colors.  Dampness will also alter the colors and soften the pieces.

We pack as carefully as possible.  However, these pieces are fragile and occasionally chips and breaks occur during shipping.  We have no control over how the package is handled once it leaves the bakery.  So, even though we have very few problems with damage, if you are not willing to "take the shipping risk", we reluctantly suggest you look at other vendors.
You are always welcome to pick up your items at the store!
We do not allow returns.  However, we make every effort to resolve any issue you might have with the item you purchase.  Please ask before you buy.  We are always happy to answer questions, so you have all the information you need before you pay.
Items will be shipped within 5 days of payment confirmation.  We will combine shipping if you purchase multiple items.  If you choose to pick up at the store, please request an invoice so we can adjust shipping charges!
